So far this has been the greatest experience ever. It is almost exactly how I wanted it to be. I wanted a chance to enjoy the things I love and watching animals in their natural habitat is one. Our group has been so lucky to see four turtles and it made me feel like the happiest person ever. Having the opportunity to catch the eggs while the mother turtle was laying them will be a memory I will never forget. It was definitely surreal and it makes me excited for what I can do in the future as a volunteer. I now know that there are many places that I can help out and do what I love.
